Destiny's Detour by Mari Brown

What a sweet story, and that Troy sure is a passionate one, "after we entered my room, he shut the door. I just made out the sound of the door locking when I found myself thrown up against it and Troy's lips came crashing into mine." Destiny and Troy had so much chemistry and passion before they started dating it's no wonder they didn't explode:
We turn to walk away and I'm not surprised when Troy yells, "Destiny, baby! I'll see you at home tonight." I stop in my tracks, look back, and shoot him a dirty look. He smirks at me. Jerk. He would say or do something stupid. He always does.
Leaning into him, I place my hand on his chest seductively. My hand slowly slides down to lightly brush his d*** as it pulsates, I say, "you know, baby, payback's a bit**."
Sometimes destiny is just too cute, "we have our first pep rally to perform. I am excited all of a sudden and start wiggling around in the bed. I would have probably kept moving if I hadn't heard a groan escape from Troy and his husky words. "Baby, careful, you are awakening the beast." That boy always has to turn something sweet into something dirty, "then he looks at me. Our eyes meet over our son's head, and as we hold each other's gaze, Troy grins. "He knows what to do with those boobs already." Way to eff up a good moment." I think I would enjoy David and Amy's story.

Where Have all the Cowboys Gone by Kate Pearce

You should never question a man's attractiveness to you he gets all pi**y, "he sat back and took a slug of coffee. "If you recall, Lauren, I was ready to jump into bed with you five seconds after you landed in my lap. Hell, what did you think you were sitting on? A baseball bat?" Grayson isn't afraid to ask for what he wants but he does it in a gentlemanly manner, "Grayson grabbed her hand and wrapped it around his shaft. "Something else would appreciate a woman's touch, if you've got the time." Lauren the girl knows how to divert a man's attentions, "Lauren caught a droplet of Grayson's sweat on her fingertip and followed it down his chest. He inhaled sharply as her nail skimmed the waistband of his jeans. "That's not playing fair," Grayson murmured. "I'm trying to have a serious conversation here." Grayson, that boy acts like a woman at times when his isn't giving him enough attention, "you are." He grabbed her elbows and toppled her over onto the bed. She squeaked when he slid his hands down from her waist and cupped her butt. "I'm beginning to think you've lost interest in me as a stud." It was morning. He was a man. He was alive. He dragged the covers out from between them and glanced down at his erection. "This guy's going to get a complex soon if you don't give him some attention." I loved reading about this cowboy and I can't wait to see what other books Kate has to offer.

Bikers and Tinsel by Bella Jewel

It was so good to see the gang again and I sure missed them. Cade and Addison I loved those two, it was great that they're still going on strong:
He grunts. "effin' clothes, so many of the effin' things. Who needs them?"
Addison leans in close. "You sure won't."
Although everyone was in the book, I focused on Muff and Janine who I was super glad FINALLY got a little book of their own, "Muff chuckles, and looks back down at me. "I'll be out front, come out when you're ready," he murmurs and then leans down to my ear. "and baby, don't wear any panties." Poor Janine the girl sometimes can't catch a break and it's amusement to Muff, "my foot is still tangled in my panties, and I kick and squirm, trying to get up, horrified that my a** is on view for the world to see. "Sweet effin' heaven angel, you just made me hard." When these two are together they sure do get into a lot of trouble, "I laugh louder, then cry out in pain as the movement causes my nose to throb. "You broke my nose...while we were effing," I pant in between laughs and cries." Yeah I enjoyed this one a little more than the others probably because everyone was in it.

Beyond Solitude by Kit Rocha

Anyone who knows me knows I tend to start in the middle of a series because that's how weird I am and this one was no different. After reading this book I realized that my a** needs to go back and read the rest of the series especially Dallas and Lex's book. Oh Derek, that boy has no shameful bone in his body, "he waved the bottle of whiskey at her. "You could start by letting me drink half of this and jerk off so I can get some sleep." I mean he just has no filter, "filing papers like there was nothing more interesting going on? Eff that. "Bullsh**." Ford tugged open the top button on his jeans. "It may be a little battered these days, like the rest of me, but my ego's not dead. If I start stroking my d*** right in front of you, you're damn sure gonna be paying attention. Not just watching." He's a bossy one as well, "must have figured out who you worked for." He finally lifted his head, only to tap his pen on the desk. "You need a new coat, too. When it warms up, we'll go to the market." And bless her damn soul Mia know what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it, "Derek." His grip was steel, refusing to let her sink back down, and she smacked her palms to his chest and gave him a warning taste of her nails. "I don't want easy. I want to feel you." Yeah I'm going back to get the other books in the series.

Mad about Plaid by Kam McKellar

I loved this book, there was no beating around the bush, got to the plot with no additives and I loved that. And the thoughts that Lucy had OHHH BABY! "He stepped around the desk. "Ian MacLaren." His hand caught hers in a warm embrace. Good Lord, he had to be at least six inches taller than she was, making him around six-foot-four. Could he be anymore condom worthy?" I mean the innuendos that boy gives off, "he answered slowly and deliberately. "By all means, the room is yours. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. I look forward to seeing to your needs personally." Lucy has no qualms in telling Ian what she wants, "you, Ian." She kissed his mouth sweetly, her lips so soft, her breath warm and intoxicating. "Naked, preferably." I can't wait to check out the other books in this series.

Risky Business by Amy Andrews

Poor Nick sometimes I wonder why the boy tries to understand the female mind, "no it's not." Nick shook his head. "Jesus, why can't women just take a damn compliment?" I mean he gets all offended over certain things, "Nick blanched. "Nice is an insult to sex. Flowers are nice. Puppies are nice. Sex should not be nice." Sometimes the boy just goes too far and it makes for one hell of a funny scene, "Sam...Jesus! If I'd have known you were going to have to wipe yourself out with vodka to use the damn thing I would have never dared you. For god's sake it's a vibrator, not a cyanide pill." The boy tries so hard to understand the life of the female, "Nick blanched. This was a period?" Bloody hell! You do this every month?" If there is one thing we take away from this book it's the fact Sam can persuade the boy to do anything:
Samantha smiled at him. "Well, come to bed and I'll let you eff me twice."
Nick's heart practically stopped in his chest. He toes off his shoes. "I love it when you talk dirty."
This book had it all humor, sex, chemistry, a sexy man, and my full attention. I need to see what other books this author has and just read them.

Asher by Jo Raven

Asher he doesn't want to admit it but he's still hard for Audrey, his body will admit it though, "oh sh**. I put both my hands, bleeding or not, over my crotch, hoping to hide evidence of the direction in which my thoughts are wandering." Audrey she's adorable when it comes to Asher's body, "I look down at his erection. It's rock hard, the head purple, and liquid drips from the small slit. It's hot. Sexy. Makes my skin burn with desire. As I watch, his co** twitched. "If you keep looking at it like that, you'll finish me," he breathes, his voice catching." This book had a slow start and well middle, and sort of the ending as well but it was a great story about coming back to the person you left behind, and about forgiving.
