Scottie has a sassy side, “I don’t believe I was named after a dog, no.” I tried to keep my voice cool, while ignoring the heat of him so close to me, his fingers like a bright brand just above my elbow, making my heart shudder in my chest. “Would you like me to call my mother and ask her?” Damon is seriously sexy, "he leaned his head in close. “Follow the rules, baby. Kiss me like you mean it. Then get your a** in the car. We’re going home.” This was a nice short novella it had a beginning, middle and end just the way I like my books and it didn't go on and on the book stayed on point
