Maverick is seriously the sweetest man, “good morning, Duchess. You were supposed to stay in bed naked for me. I was bringing you breakfast.” I just loved Maverick, “how about you come stay with me because you’re crazy about me and don’t want to be anywhere but where I am? That’s why I’d want you there.” I enjoyed this book, I felt bad for Katherine with the sacrifices that she had to make, but I'm glad she found her own way in the end.
