When reading the blurb I was hesitant to read this book, which is a first because Emma's writes bada** books so I contacted her about my concerns and she eased my mind, and I took a chance bought the book read it and loved I don't know why I doubted that Emma would let me know she's never let me down so I was worried for nothing. Jack he's a smooth talker that one, "it's my bed friend's birthday." He smirks. "Why've you been staring at me all night like you wanna suck and bite my c*** simultaneously." Jack's ego is already big but sometimes he fishes for compliments, "my eyebrows go up. 'Magic c***, huh? You wanna tell me some more about that?" He wears his woman's scratches proudly, "then everyone is going to know exactly what I did tonight at practice tomorrow, aren't they?" He likes to let his woman know when he likes something, "his smile widens to a grin as he looks down at me. "Baby, not gonna lie, I like it when you grope my a** like that." He's also willing to give his woman a teaching lesson between sex and a eff, "that wasn't sex, baby. That was a cold, hard eff that was driven entirely by my male jealousy and protective streak." He's also always willing to point out the positives while she's in a relationship with him, "real coffee, a constant stock of bacon, and the guarantee of good, hard sex courtesy of my magic c***. I can see how that's so hard for you to live with." I can't wait for Reid's book I really enjoy this series.
