INTO THE DARKNESS:
| There's actually two men that stole my heart in this book, no it's not a love triangle but one is swoon worthy and the other is just worthy of being mentioned since he entertained by through out the whole book. Stefan he's the head honcho and at times is peculiar, "his nostrils flared. "Charles was right; your arousal is a unique scent. Like a spicy, warm drink on a mid-winter's night. It rises above other smells, entrancing the mind." Charles that boy was pure amusement through out this book and he is not a shy fellow, "I'm certainly not trying to rip my c*** off. What else would I be doing with it?" The things he comes up with I just can't get over it, "no. And you know what, I don't even want to have sex with you anymore. That's how mad I am at you right now!" Stefan is really a tough nut to crack but Sasha can wear anyone down without them even knowing it, "damn it! Just thinking of her gave him wood." I was surprised to see that this book ended in a cliffhanger as I was expecting each book to be about a different character, (*laughs at myself*) see what happens when I expect things, but this series is based on Sasha and Stefan and their troubles and I'm certainly looking forward to reading more of them. |
BRAVING THE ELEMENTS:
Stefan he's not much for subtly, "still assessing me, his voice lowered when he said, "you never came to report to me. I'd hoped you would." Sasha isn't one for it either, "I grinned. "It fit once. And felt really, really good, if memory serves." Stefan may have stamina but the boy needs time to recover, "please tell me you are satisfied, because it might take a miracle to get me hard again," Stefan mumbled into my neck." You don't send men who don't know what they're doing to retrieve his woman, "Stefan, voice low, growled out his next words. "Instead of going yourself, you sent a half-trained child to retrieve my - to bring back Sasha?" I can't wait to see what adventures Stefan and Sasha get into next I really do love Stefan, and this series.
ON A RAZOR'S EDGE:
Stefan thinks highly of himself and his abilities, "it's a good place to start. And the next big thing has been here. Or didn't you remember getting pounded by it when you woke up?" This one not much notes or highlights were taken as I was to busy being entertained at seeing what Stefan does for his woman.
DEMONS:
Sasha when her man is in need she has no problem giving him what he needs without expecting anything in return, "take mine," she murmured, her lips once again on his. "Reinforce the mark, Stefan. Make me yours again. Only yours.' Sometimes these two don't care about the outside world especially Stefan when his woman needs him to hell with everything else:"I need longer than ten minutes," I said in a purr, lifting my butt so he could slide off my black jeans.
"They can wait," he growled, threading two fingers into my slippery sex.
I love this series and I really can't wait for more.
