The Last Boyfriend by J.S. Cooper

Zane his character I just didn't know if I should feel bad for him or just b**** slap him, "well, I have to get what I need." He cleared his throat. "More importantly, don't ever take Friday nights off. I'm not sure my dates would go as well if you weren't there." He confuses me one minute he's a harda** the next he's caring he gives me whiplash, "are you telling me that you knew your head gasket was gone, but you still decided to drive?" His voice rose. "And, you still went to a party by yourself and thought it was smart to leave in the early hours of the morning?" What are you her mom? When Lucky is drunk all s*** hits the fan, "you are so handsome but you always look so serious." I stared at him. "But you are also so nice. You're one of my favorite customers, you know. And you fixed my car. But you're a real a**hole as well." He doesn't like to share, "I can't answer that for you." He rubbed his face. "However, if you are sleeping in my bed. I will not stand for you to be effing another man." HOLY BALLS THAT'S HOT! I liked this book even though I wanted to kill Zane a few times.
