First thoughts of Rick, um.. he's kind of an arse, "good, it's unanimous." He leaned forward. "Look, I'm only offering the ride because if Olivia finds out I let you trek home in this she'll be pissed. You know Olivia." But as I got to know more of Gwen and Rick's relationship I thought he wasn't an arse but just honest, as their relationship continues to grow though I loved how they interacted with each other:
"We need boundaries."
"Fine, no whips." He tugged at her shirt to nibble on her collarbone.
Who knew that bony thing was an erogenous zone? "Not that kind of boundaries."
"Whips are okay then?"
He's also more of an actions kind of guy but with a girl like Gwen you kind of need to be, "actions work better than words with you." He ran his hands up and down her spine, kneading gently. "Cancel your plans and take me home." He's also kind of bossy, that can sometimes be a good thing in a man. I love Kate's books their always so humorous and entertaining.
