Jessie Lane is a best-selling author of Paranormal and Contemporary Romance, as well as, Upper YA Paranormal Romance/Fantasy.
She lives in Kentucky with her two little Rock Chicks in-the-making and her over protective alpha husband that she’s pretty sure is a latent grizzly bear shifter. She has a passionate love for reading and writing naughty romance, cliff hanging suspense, and out-of-this-world characters that demand your attention, or threaten to slap you around until you do pay attention to them.
She’s also a proud member of the Romance Writers of America (RWA).
BIG BAD BITE:
Jenna sure is a feisty one, "shooting him a have-you-lost-your-flippin’-mind look, she retorted, “A girl can never have enough guns. Never.” Adam is a considerate man when it comes to Jenna, but at tumes the consideration is a tad bit strange, “do you need to use the facilities before we get in?” Holy man on a mountain. Had he asked her if she had to pee? What was he going to do, stand there and watch?" A good start to a series, characters that you fall in love with and excited for their stories to be told.
WALK ON THE STRIPED SIDE:
A man is supposed to love everything about his woman, the good, the bad, the freaking nasty, but not Gage, "Gage stopped rubbing his watering eyes to glare down at her. “Morning breath? Morning breath! That smelt like a chemical weapon! Are you trying to fucking kill me?” he yelled." Elena tends to overreact on some things, " a spider. His mate was trying to set a tree on fire because there was spider on it." Gage and Elena had a interesting relationship, and it made for some funny reading.
BIG BAD BITE RETURNED:
We get to come back and visit Adam and Jenna, and Adam is still crazy for his wkman as ever, “never. Killing you would defeat my master plan of effing you stupid every day.” I loved catching up with Adam and Jenna and seeing what they were up to.
THE DEMON WHO LOVED ME:
Although a demon, Kent does have a little animal side to him, "with his threat delivered, Kent stalked out and off the boat with an angry Amazon over his shoulder, screeching like a banshee, “My *** is showing, you moron!” I liked this book, Kent was persistent and Chloe was a ball of fire.
