I'm head over heels in love with Killian, yes he totally comes across as an ***, but you end up getting to know him and his other side, and he's just so lovable. Whhen it came to Vera if she needed him, he'd drop everything, “eff the kitchen.” He rubbed a hand over his face, trying to calm down. “Besides, why do I hire the best sous chefs in the city if I can’t count on them to handle one goddarn night for me? Clean up. I’ll be back.” I was absolutely in love with this book!
