Claire is a good negotiator, girl doesn't beat around the bush, “I want us to commit to one another completely.” With a complete lack of grace, she blurted, “You must give up your mistress immediately.” Alex does whatever needs to be done at certain times to get Claire's mind off things, "he exhaled a sigh of relief. If she noticed his lack of clothing, she had calmed somewhat. “I sleep this way. Do you like it?” Alex was determined to get a “yes” from her if he had to work all night..." I loved this book, what a great start to a new series!
