An Ashy Affair by Lynn Shurr

Leah loves Ash, she really does but there are times she just uses him to upset her neighbor and that really gets Ash primed to go:
                     Leah watched Miz Tweedy hotfoot back to her house. She broke the seal of their embrace. “Okay, that’s enough. We scandalized my old biddy neighbor enough to run her off.”
                   “Not for me. I’d be willing to do it right here in the mud.”
I liked this book, Ash was sexy, considerate and didn't take Leah's crap.
