I liked when Cal got all flustered, "she winced and pressed a hand to her belly as she stepped back. Suddenly alert, his pulse kicked up. “Are you still in pain? Should we go back to the hospital?” I really liked this book, but dang Cal could be pig-headed and stubborn.
