Darby sure knows how to drop surprises, "he followed behind her, down the hallway, down the stairs, and only said as they stepped into the drawing room: “About my benefits, Sadie Grace. Did I perhaps fail to mention that I’ll want an heir?” I really liked the attitude Darby had, “I don’t care. I’m the master of this house and you are soon to be its mistress.” I really liked this book, I loved Darby.
