Callen is one damaged man, I loved that Quinn could see through him, and that she was like his savior, "I see a stunningly perfect male form naked in front of me. With intensity straining his eyes, he steps in beside me and takes my face strongly in his hands. "The rest of it… I don't know, but I can't lose you." Sometimes you just need another person there to listen and comfort you, "I run my fingers slowly through his chest hair, taking in the pure-male strength surrounding me. "You can do that all night ," he says in a satisfied voice. I smile softly to myself and press my lips over his heart. "That, too," he murmurs." I enjoyed this book, I liked it a lot more than Mason's, although I thought it ended rather abruptly his issues weren't solved all the way, well to my satisfaction lol.
