The Dragon's Heart by Eden Ashe

One thing you should know about Daniel it's you don't talk about getting naughty with his woman, "hey, she can eat any part of me she wants. Eff, I'd give my left nut for five minutes with that mouth-" Daniel's fist shot out before he realized he'd moved slamming into the guys jaw." Well there's another thing you should know about Daniel when his girl is hurt and you don't move fast enough he lets it be known, "what the hell happened to her?" He roared. "Why are you just standing there? Goddamn it, Seren, fix her!" When Daniel is with Shelby you see a whole different side of him he's more carefree and less domineering and less grouchy, "are you hungry? You haven't eaten anything today." When his eyes turned black with lust, she made a face and poked him in the shoulder. "Food," she said in her best stern voice. "I was talking about real food...." When you have a couple life threatening experiences there's bound to be that sexual tension, "he yanked her to him then bent to kiss her hard. He wasn't gentle, but frantic, desperate, and it was several minutes before he allowed her to come up for air. Still panting, she collapsed against his chest. "Go get us a room. I think we need privacy." Personally at that point I didn't think Daniel cared as long as he had his woman. I enjoyed this book I'm getting more and more into dragon shifters so I'm always excited to see what a new author that I haven't read can bring to the table, and Eden brought a whole damn feast and then some.
