Mai Tai'd Up by Alice Clayton

When it comes to Alice Clayton books I hold that woman to high standards because she writes some series funny, awesome s***, but sadly I didn't really feel it with this one, I loved the characters especially Lucas, "yeah, I hauled eighteen bags of Dog Chow up here for. The least you can do is show me around the place." I was also sad that there was only one major naughty bit, I mean Alice is known for her characters to have funny sex and I didn't really get any of that in this book so that saddened me a little. There were a few scenes I found funny and I enjoyed:
"Sorry about your shirt," I said, brushing the wet spot.
"No problem. At least you manage to cry in the shape of a giant d***."
Lucas I loved him I always love books whose men are veterinarians, we don't see many books with the main men in that occupation, and he was just a fun loving guy, "he started to lead me back onto the patio. "By the way, what was that about bouncing on is d***. Whose d*** are we talking about?" Chloe loves to give compliments when they are due and when your man is hung as a horse you obviously need to make sure he is well loved for it:
"Sorry. Actually, not sorry. Actually, congratulations." I pointed down. "This is kind of amazing."
He threw his head back and laughed out loud. "My d*** is amazing."
Although with it missing a few things I still enjoyed it and I can't wait for more in this series.
