This one is different from Rachael's other books in the aspects of pushing sexual limits, there were some moments where I was like 'the eff?' Because it was just beyond weird to me. Alix has no problem asking for what she wants, "please, sir, eff me. I need it. Everything you've done to me has only turned me on to the point that it is painful. I need release, sir." John I liked him, "may I pleasure you?" I hadn't expected her to ask such a thing. The fact that she asked instead of doing as she wanted told me she was learning more about being a submissive." He's quite the dirty talker as well, "oh, no, Precious. That is where you are wrong. I will be effing you...and soon. Just be thankful that I have more control and discipline than you do. If I had my way, you'd be bent over this desk with my d*** so deep you'd never forget who I am and just how much you mean to me." Every time John called her 'Precious' it made me think of the Golem person from Lord of the Rings. Then ending wasn't too bad it wasn't like 'I WILL EFFIN' MURDER YOU IF I DON'T GET THE NEXT BOOK NOW!' type of thing, it just leaves room for Alix and John's relationship to grow. Other than a couple of scenes that made me uneasy I liked this book.
