Eve's books always carry a banter between the two head characters and it's what always gets me to come back to her books. She has this certain writing style that keeps you entertained. Vhyl may be from another planet and another species but he is still a man, "if you insist on probing, I could indulge you, but it won't be an experiment, more an experience in pleasure." He showed his teeth in a pointed leer." He's not from Earth so at times it takes him a bit to get what Jilly is saying, "it took a moment for him to filter her meaning. "Are you implying I'm less than adequately endowed?" There is nothing that phases this boy you say something and he has a smart comeback or he tells you his direct thoughts, "the statement shocked him. "A female shouldn't masturbate, especially if a male proves willing to ear her arousal." This was a quick read with a fun little holiday spin. I really loved reading Vhyl.
