Danni she's such a lovely girl and I loved her character and personality, "oh." Pink lips parted in surprise. Then her hands caressed his shoulders, rubbing in a circular pattern. "We are safe. No need to worry." She shushed, and then whispered, "does this help?" Marcus he's not the mean 'beast' of a man everyone makes him out to be, he's actually quite caring and I think that Danni brings out a softer side of him, "his features twisted. His arms bulged as they crossed his barrel chest. "Well, I'm no gentleman." Her hands tightened around the malleable bundle. She hesitated. His face softened suddenly. "At least do me the kindness of opening it before you give it back." Danni is really changing Marcus and I think it's for the better, "panic struck his face. 'You're crying. You hate it." He reached to take the dress back. Despite prope dictates, Danni found she could not give it up. "No!" There's no question about it that Marcus is not proud of his scars or his body, "dragging a blanket, he moved about the room to collect clothing, pointedly keeping his naked form as covered as possible. She frowned. She didn't want him to feel the need to hide. "Marcus..." I really loved this book I loved how it took one woman like Danni to make the 'beast' Marcus see that he's worth something.
