Zane he amused me, "he dropped his arm and rested against the bench to take in her dress. "You went shopping for something to wear tonight?" He's a pretty honest guy, "because." He leaned forward with his hand on the window above her head. His lips came close to hers, and her legs shook. "You are going to distract me all night in that dress, and every man here isn't going to be able to take his eyes off you." I loved the chemistry between Sofie and Zane:
"Are you trying to look down my blouse?"
"Yeah."
She rushed a hand to cover the teensy bit of cleavage left exposed by the button-down silk shirt. "Too late," he teased, eyes lazily lifting to meet hers. "Are your panties black too?"
I really did enjoy reading this book.
