I do believe I'm going to like this series just by all the sexual tension that is going on in this book. Lark and Devon sure have an odd relationship it's a hate/love type of one, "it wasn't like they could ignore the fact that they'd kissed twice now. "There isn't much to talk about, Lark. I don't do relationships. You do." Obviously Lark needs to work on Devon a little bit, but name one woman that didn't need to set their man straight about things. No matter what Devon admits or doesn't admit to himself there is one thing that the boy will not let happen and that is Lark getting hurt, "I'd never let anything happen to you," he replied, kissing her fiercely before she could respond." He is not one for waking up to see his woman getting dressed, "where are you going?" Devon grumbled as the bed shifted and squeaked. He blinked his eyes open to see Lark hopping into a pair of jeans." I can't wait to jump into the next book.
