I enjoyed this book so damned much! I loved Ian, I loved that he's so caring, "Ian's heart twisted into a knot. Christ strike him dead on the spot. Poor Merrin. Poor, giving, selfless Merrin thought herself a demon, a marked woman." The boy is very hands on when it comes to Merrin, "he wanted to show her pleasure, take her places of passion and watch her blossom as she experience all that womanhood had to offer. His hand slid to her buttock. Merrin moaned and pressed against his rock-hard erection." I loved the conversation they had about love making:
"I want ye to show me how a man breeds with a woman."
A low chuckle rumbled from his throat. "Only ye would find the words to attack me most basal desires."
She brushed the hair from his face. "I want ye to."
"Make love to you?"
"Is that what they call it....making love?"
I also loved the fact that Ian couldn't get enough of his woman, "they'd made love all morning, but he still could go another round with Merrin - or forty. "That's no' the only thing I want in your belly." I can't wait to see more from this author. I loved her writing.
