Jesse he's rough around the edges and in the beginning you can tell he still hurts with the burn that Lexi did to him or what he thought Lexi had done to him, "so that's your angle. You need a hero, even if it's a Weldon." Glancing up at the reporters around them, he cursed. "Well, your highness, these days I charge for services rendered, and I expect to get paid." He scooped her into his arms and rammed through the reporters. "I'll be your hero for a price." Lexi the girl knows how to go after what she wants, "to be honest, I don't want a beer. I want you to stop being so polite. I want you to kiss me. I want you to give me everything you've got-" He didn't wait to hear any more. He tossed his beer over the side of the tub." The man is on a mission ladies. He is ALL man ladies, "grinned, he spread his legs a little, making his arousal more prominent. "It's rather obvious that I do. What do you have in mind?" I loved Jesse's brothers in this book and I can't wait to read their stories as well.
