Truth or Dare by Ember Casey

Sweet baby Jesus I missed my Calder, oh how much I've missed him. He's still snarky, "and then you hide me from your father like we're in high school or something." His arms tighten around my waist. "Are you embarrassed by me?" He's still cocky, "I would ask if you enjoyed yourself, but I think I already know the answer," he says. "I think all of your neighbors know the answer, too." And he's still protective, "you're the most amazing, breathtaking woman I've ever met," he whispers against my skin. "I swear, if I ever see that pr*** again - I don't care if he isn't violating the restraining order. I'm going to kick his a**." But this time around he has secrets, secrets that I was scared sh**less to read about, but they weren't that bad, or I thought so.
