I LOVE my fairytales, especially when they have a twist and boy didn't this one have a twist. Lenore is kind of a biatch alright she's a total biatch, "you have to learn to control your brat. I can smell her better now that she's downstairs." This book had love in it but the love was a daughter trying to save her mother and family, and the love of best friends, not really a lot of romance so I was kind of disappointed. Ming she's a great friend to Bianca, "don't worry, we'll figure it out." Bianca is one tough cookie, she doesn't give up and she's determined, "don't worry, mom. I'm gonna save you. After this is over, I'm going to burn this book. This ends with me." Prince Ferdinand cracks me up I love both him and Terrance, "not exactly princesses, or in distress, but you are certainly maidens who were running away from something. It was my duty to step in and rescue you." That is just so sweet a little mid-evil timeish (yes I'm making up words) but still sweet. Terrance and Bianca have a little something, something going on and I'm liking it, "I could smell you if you were on another planet." Sweet as pie, that's what these boys are.
I was so glad that another book was made because well I love how Liz writes about the fairyales they always have heart, soul, and they're just plain fun to read! These books always leave me wanting more, I just love the characters and it's just so cute. Bianca sure is a daddy's little girl, "Rose, I don't know how to raise a teenager. If she were seven and asked me for a pony, I'd know exactly what to say and do. I'd go to Walmart and buy a My Little Pony and call it a day. But this?" He pointed to Bianca and Terrance. "I'm still trying to get used to a bed." In this book I'm not sure what couple is cuter, Terrance and Bianca or Ming and Ferdinand. "First things first. We have to see Prince Ferdinand. This morning, he caught wind that you were both in the castle, and he has done nothing but ask everyone in sigh where Ming is and why hasn't she come by to see him. So we're going to have breakfast together." Ferdinand is a little bit over the top in this book, well more so than the last, "fair Ming!" Prince Ferdinand shouted as he stepped forward. He grabbed Ming, tipped her back, and kissed her passionately on the lips." I wonder if the next installment will be about the Little Mermaid.
