Out of Darkness by Laramie Briscoe

Tyler in book one was protective of Meredith but this time he is all business, "I want her to talk to me about it. That way I can figure out who the effer was and then scalp him like my ancestors would have." He's also one who voices his opinion, "remind me to thank her. Then remind me to thank these women who've been on my nerves all night. They obviously made you jealous." He makes a awkward situation better, "you're killin' me here baby. I'm stippin' and I'm down to my underwear and I'm hard as stone and you're laughin" My self-esteem just took a huge nose dive." He also gets proud of certain handy work he does, "you have a hickey the size of a half dollar on your neck. It's a beauty if I do say so myself." I actually love this series and can't wait for Jagger's story.
