The Miss Education of Dr. Exeter by Jillian Stone

As usual with ALL of Jillian's characters I fall in love but Exeter was more so, "you are changing, Mia, from a precocious adorable girl into a most sultry beauty. From here on out, I will have to keep a close watch on myself." He's also a very blunt person, and so attractive, "he sipped his brandy and continued to stare over the rim of his glass. Finally, he lowered the snifter. "Oh, I'm not going to paddle you, Mia. I'm going to make you climax." Is it hot in here or just me? Like any typical man he's all about the undergarments ladies, "do you suppose there will be time this afternoon to purchase pretty matching undergarments for your gowns?" It's interesting when Exeter and Mia have a fight, "I've just spent a king's bloody ransom on your wardrobe." He sagged against the damask stripes of the settee. "What do you want from me?" Geesh Exeter rude much?  Mia may be shy about some things but the girl is getting sick of Exeter saying no, "stop flogging yourself over your attraction to me - I like it - I want you to want me... and I will not ask again." The cat nuzzled his neck and licked his ear. "Please, Exeter, it has to be you..." Loved the ending no cliffhanger, but I was sad to see the book end I wanted it to keep going because I've grown to care so much for each of these characters.
