So I learned my lesson on reading reviews BEFORE reading a book because I saw some reviews that weren't nice about this book, but you know I'm a werewolf girl, a sucker for a good romance, add a little steamy steam in the bookies and I'm good to go. I happened to like this book, I don't care what others thought the story was good, I'm hoping there's a second book in the series coming, there wasn't really a cliffhanger and how it ended I liked. I liked Rose her and I we have something in common, our books, "I was obsessed with books." Sweet Lord in heaven so aren't I Rose there is nothing wrong with that. I felt for Rose I mean her mom was just a b****, and he 'friends that tolerate her' really weren't friendly and did things I know I wouldn't do to a friend, "my skin prickled with jealousy as I watched Sadie and Mr. Stone share a booth, sipping their drinks." We see a lot of side to Tom, I mean Mr. Stone, but some sides I don't know if I liked some tones he took to Rose I didn't like, "I don't know," he said annoyed. "I don't have a manual on the way a girls mind's work." He's also a jealous type of perhaps he's just protective either way it was hot, "yeah, I be he did," Mr. Stone growled. I'd never heard him talk like that before. "I should march back over there and grab that little s*** by the throat -" There were some scenes that were a little steamy, if you get my meaning so this book is probably not suited for underagers, "Mr. Stone growled and tackled me onto the bed, where he kissed me fiercely. I squealed as he nuzzled my neck. We rolled around on the bed..." Mr. Stone is also one sweet guy, "of course. How could I ever wish harm upon you? You're my girl, Rose. My Alpha girl. No wonder I've had such a hard time going against you." Like you put up a lot of fight Stoney boy!
