Holidate by Monica Murphy
Charlie can be quite smug at certain times, "he smirks at me, like he knew I was checking out his junk. “Jeans and a sweater? I can manage that.” Charlie is always trying to be helpful, “where’s he at? Want me to kick his *** for you? Call him out in front of everyone and humiliate him?” Charlie is sometimes shocked by his woman, “not really. I kept it long on top. Just for you.” His arms sneak beneath my coat to go around my waist, his hands making contact with my exposed back. “What the eff are you wearing?” I liked this book, I loved Charlie.
