When it comes to Mia, Xavier would do anything for her, “you want a home?” Xavier said at last, his voice even deeper than normal. “I’ll get you a effing home.” It sounded like a vow. “One that’s yours, that no one can ever take away from you. Where you’ll be safe. I promise.” I liked this book, I loved Xavier.
