Loving Lucas by Violetta Rand
I loved Lucas, "trust me, darlin’,” I say, patting my stomach . “This Texas boy never misses a meal." He can be such a caveman with his thoughts, "Karlie is asleep now. Something most women complain that men do after brisk lovemaking. I chuckle, rather pleased I wore her tiny body out." After doing the naughty in his truck Lucas is always willing to give his woman a hand, "want my help?” I ask, tucking myself back inside my jeans. When I look up, she’s staring at me like I’m crazy." When his woman complains about having to eat shirtless he evens the playing field, "he shrugs, then strips his own T-shirt off, throwing it to me. “Your prerogative , darlin’. But I dare say we’re even now." I really enjoyed this book, every book I've read by Violetta I haven't been disappointed.
