That Thing You Do by Maria Geraci
Allie is so full of sass, "my parking lot. My building. You sound like a two-year-old. Is there anything here that isn’t yours?" Tom is quite the gentleman, "you were shivering so I wrapped my arms around you to keep you warm. End of story. Can I help it if you took advantage of my chivalrous nature?" Allie doesn't beat around bush the girl goes right for the kill, "you know what? I don’t care where you went tonight. Here’s the thing. I was thinking maybe we should have sex. Just once. To get it over with." Tom gives his girl a choice of where they have sex for the first time isn't that sweet of him? "Eff Madame Gloria. It’s here, against the side of the building, or my truck. Take your pick." I really liked this book I loved Tom.
