I really enjoyed this book. I fell in love with King in book one and although at times I completely disliked his a** I still had love for him. Although there were parts in the book where I was confused and wondering 'what the heck?' I loved King's attitude, "I should hope so, Miss Turner." He cocked one dark, silky brow. "After all, is that not why you are here with me tonight? For the screwing?" He's a bossy a** as well, "Wrong. You will eff me tonight. Then you will marry me, love me, and end my curse." There is one thing you need to know about our boy King is you don't eff with his woman, "they betrayed me. They sold you into slavery when I asked them to take you to safety." I was about to say that the punishment was just too horrific- two thousand years too horrific- but King didn't give me a chance. "Do not think to lecture me, woman, about the severity of the punishment. Not after you cursed an entire family for hundreds of generations." He is a man of his word, "you and I made a deal, and it still stands. I said I would free you to make your own choice in exchange for," his eyes swept over my body, "getting what I wanted. And that was one hell of a eff." I have a feeling if the author wanted another book could be written.
