Aleksey I think just wants the world to know that he has a girl, "I agree we should be more circumspect when in public. But in private? That is an entirely different matter." Well he obviously doesn't want to ruin her reputation he's a good guy like that but then he can be the devil when it comes to Bronwyn's kisses, "a wicked light warmed his gaze. "With you, I always want more- especially in kisses." He tries to be the gentleman that Bronwyn deserves but sometimes it takes getting caught in the act (or after) to make them realize what each other means. This scene was my favorite out of the book, "standing in the doorway of the room she'd just been seen leaving was Aleksey. Her spectacles hung from one of his hands, while the other covered a critical part of his spectacularly naked body." I enjoyed reading this book.
