Even in awkward situations Brand finds the time to be horny, "I nod curtly, but I'd probably agree with anything right about now. Her fingers are pressed to my groin again and she's kneeling in front of me. My thoughts aren't on my effing injury." It seems whenever Nora is concerned the boy gets all excited, "as I watch her bend to get her towel, I'm not sure I want to find out, although my pe*** seems to disagree. He's interested in every little thing Nora Greene does." There were a few moments I didn't like Brand, I didn't think he needed to be so mean, "you can do your own front," I growl. "In fact, put your suit back on. You're not a stripper. You don't know if someone will show up here." But then he says the sweetest things and I forgive him, "babe, we've always got time to talk about s***. If you feel bad about something, you need to tell me. That's how people sort things out. Time is cheap. We can afford it." I liked this book I wish there was a bit more naughtiness but I fell in love with Brand.
