The Troublemaker Next Door by Marie Harte

I'm pretty sure right from the beginning Flynn feels something for Maddie, "I feel like it." And said lead pipe was growing in his pants. Holy s***. No question, he had to have that woman. If one innocent kiss had been enough to get him this hard, he could only imagine what it would feel like to be in bed with her." He says the nicest things at times, "oh no. I've been waiting for this. We're going to take it nice and slow. If I don't come in my pants first." And he is so considerate, "and that's why I'm wearing the jeans. Seeing you like this...I'd be tempted to shove inside you and come hard." He kissed her, his fingers making magic over first one breast, then the other. "We need to take this slow." Maddie may be a fierce tiger but the girl has a cute side, "he pushed his pants and underwear down his thighs, exposing the hot length of him. She stared down at his c*** and swallowed. "You're big." Holy s***, he was huge." These two have some pretty interesting phone conversations, "nothing. I'm lying in bed, stark naked, and thinking of you. So I thought, hell, why not call and see what Maddie's up to?" I loved it when he talked dirty, "because my wood is getting hard to hide, even in these jeans. I told you how much it turns me on when you get mad. And you do have a temper. Maddie. Oh yeah." All I can say is next book please.
