This is the first book in this series that I've read and well I wasn't disappointed. Nathan I loved him, "the look in Jordana's eyes haunted him, even now. As if she'd been silently pleading for him to rescue her....claim her." Jordana I loved the way she thought, "maybe if she kissed him again, she could figure out what it was about this Breed male that had her so flustered and confused. A low snarl gathered at the back of his throat now. "Come with me." Nathan he's a protector and I loved that, "no, it wasn't. But by Christ, I'm going to protect you, no matter whose job you think it is to keep you safe. Whether you like it or not." He can be very caring, "he pulled away. "It's late. I should go." He started to get up, then scowled and uttered a low curse, "Eff...you're bleeding." Jordana glanced down at the sheet beneath her. A faint pink stain wet the pristine white cotton where she'd lain with Nathan." He loves to show her how much he appreciated her, "yeah, maybe I should make you scream for me," he uttered against her skin. "I want every male in this building to know that you belong to me. Only me." I really enjoyed reading this book.
