I thought I would enjoy this book more but I really didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I mean the dialogue between Hunter and Everleigh is quirky, "it's my understanding that men are sensitive about the size of their equipment. I thought it was unpardonable to insult their manhood." I looked at him to verify my long-held belief." Hunter he has a jealous side, "you're going to eff him?" Hunter roared." Everleigh doesn't take Hunter's crap she gives it to him straight, "I can't be your Plan B, Hunter. I won't sit around alone and celibate, waiting for the day you conclude there are no superior options. If that is what you're hoping for, I can't give it to you.." I mean Hunter really has an issue with Everleigh seeing a guy, "it was in fact, Josh really is a nice guy. He's handsome, interesting, chivalrous, and very interested in me." I could see Hunter's jaw clenched, his teeth grinding. "He's established a successful career already. With that goal accomplished, I think he's ready to find the right woman and settle down, lay the foundation to build a family one day." It was an okay read.
