I love this series, I love the characters and I'm so glad they're back! Nick I really did love him he's so protective and he gets jealous, "the very idea of her with someone else always made Nick see red. His wolf, who was still pacing predatorily and eager to get to his mate, growled at the idea. Nick's voice was quiet but dangerous. "Is there a guy, Shaya? You better hope there isn't, or he's dead. And don't think I don't mean that." Nick he can be a kinky sucker, "I told you not to test me. Or maybe you wanted me to do it." He placed his mouth to her ear and spoke in a teasing tone. "Maybe you like that. It'll be no hardship for me to spank you again, so if you don't like it, quit fighting me." Shaya isn't afraid to mark her man, "he groaned as she clawed at the skin of his back. "That's it, Shay, mark me." He groaned again as she dragged her claws across his upper back, deep enough to leave permanent brands there. Satisfaction filled both him and his wolf." Just like he has no qualms about leaving marks on her, "may I just not for the record that it would be great if you could stop leaving bite marks all over my breasts? Most of them are in spots that are easily visible to others." He loves to please his girl, "what's that?" he asked, licking at his claiming mark. He couldn't think of anything more important than making her come all over again - it was his favorite thing to do."
