Arrow of Time by Lina Andersson

You know the saying 'never judge a book by it's cover' well this would be one of those times, although the cover isn't very well...I didn't like it let's be honest, but the story itself I fell in love with. I loved the characters. Brick he cares for Edie right off the bat, he does whatever it takes to make his woman happy and if that means accepting Edie then he'll do it, "I love your sister. Kicking you out would get me kicked out of our bed. Kinda like it there," he had a playful smile while he looked out over the landscape." Dawg he needs some work on his manners but eventually I fell in love with him, "you're not making this easy, baby," he lit a smoke. "You could at least try to help me get this conversation going." Edie when she's mad stay out of her way, "you're really presumptuous, aren't you? Just 'cause you're the one who go to sneak out of the bed doesn't mean you're the only one who was using someone." Despite the tears running down her cheeks, she sounded furious. "Let go." Dawg he's a horny one and well I kinda enjoyed his horniness, "yeah," he said and looked under the cover at the ink covering her shoulder blade and then further down to her bad a**. "I'll definitely wake you up." He has some will power in him, "he leaned over her and gave her a kiss, still rubbing the towel between her legs. "Like a effing rock, baby, but I'm not gonna eff you yet" I honestly think that if the author redid the cover, fixed some of the grammatical errors, and did more of a back story on Edie the book would be so much better, but I enjoyed it the way it was.
