The Alpha Claims a Mate by Georgette St. Clair

Ginger I liked her, "I came here to put as much physical distance as I could financially afford, between myself and that cheating, lying, useless pig of an ex-boyfriend of mine. Not that I'm bitter." I would have never thought that Ginger I really wouldn't have. Ginger's friend Marigold that damn girl is somethin' else, "I've got extra condoms if you need them," Marigold added, following her down the hallway. "Do you want to tuck a few in your purse? How about a six pack? He looks like he's good for at least a few rounds." Loch he's not sure how to go about his and Ginger's relationship, "ever since the first time I laid eyes on you, I wanted to claim you as mine," Loch told her. "That's why I went all caveman on you at the Hoot Owl. I've been trying to fight the damn urge to grab you and rip your clothes off every second that I'm alone with you." He's even willing to accommodate her some time, "this is the 21st century. I get that. We can take all the time you need.  And there'll be courting. Plenty of courting." His voice dropped to a low growl. "But no other men." He also likes to state where he is when it comes to the bedroom situation, "just so we're clear...in bed. I'm always the dominant." His voice rumbled out, deep and sexy."
