Right from the start we're pulled into an emotional storm and you can feel for the characters. "I love...I love you both so much. Don't cry, Mommy will watch over you always." It's fun to always see the characters after something tragic happens, "I waited for Mr. Right, Nikolas was happy being Mr. Not Right Enough," Mhmm sly dog that boy is (winks) Mylie is a feisty little thing, can't blame her for what she's been through, "my parents died when I was 8 years old for your information, so no he didn't. I hope that answers your question, Jacka**!" You go girl, although I know why your giving the man sass, but he did just save your a** maybe show a little respect. Of course he kinda really is an a**, "you think it's funny? Disappearing like that and leaving me to explain to the cops why I knocked out a guy when the person I was protecting is gone? I could've gotten arrested for assault and batter! Are you always this selfish? Do you only think of yourself?" Actually you boob, she does think of her brother. So Nik being the good brother he is looks out for his sister, "what the hell has gotten into you Mylie? You're on top of one guy on the porch while you are on the verge of bumping uglies with another in the kitchen?" So this book is I guess a love triangle type thing but once I heard what Xavier had to say about Mylie I knew I was team Damien all the way, "apparently! But you never know. Either way, I want to bang her before I'm stuck with Adriana." Gross a** idiot! I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was a slight cliffhanger, but I did love all the twists and turns the book had it kept me on my toes and guessing.
