Nannyland by Jane Elizabeth Hughes
John has a stick up his butt, and it's funny the reactions Jordy gets out of him, "I’d show him. Anybody could drive a stick shift. Right? Apparently not. “Clutch!” John shouted at me for the hundredth time. “For Jesus’ sake, clutch!” I just don't know what to think of John I can probably guess to what he thinks of himself just by the way he acts and that's more mighty then God, he also just makes things awkward, "he leaned back against the old wooden bedstead, drawing in a long, luxurious breath of nicotine and slanting an amused smile down at me. “Did I do something wrong?” he inquired. “This was certainly pleasurable for me, and I was sure that you shared the—” Seriously I didn't know what to do with John, he was like void of all emotion I didn't know my exact thoughts on that, "I could feel him searching for something to say. Finally, he gave up. “So, no sex tonight?” he said into the silence. I snorted. “Very well,” said the British milord..." Although I had a lot of complaints about John I actually seriously loved this book.
The Trouble with Temptation by Shiloh Walker
Brannon was a sexy man, “I’m just standing here,” he said easily. “I love the way you smell, Hannah. I think it’s become my drug.” I liked Brannon, well not the man he was when Hannah had her memory but when she lost it he became a different man and I liked how caring he could be, “unless you’re upset over the weather report, then I don’t care.” He curved his hands over her shoulders and pulled her back against him. “Now if you are upset by the weather … well, I can’t do anything about it. I can’t beat up the meteorologists and Mother Nature never returns my calls.” I enjoyed this book, Brannon was always trying to do the right thing.
The Dark Vampire by Kate Baxter

To say that Bria and Jenner have a complicated relationship is kinda putting it mildly:
He leaned in close, a snarl gathering in his chest. “I told you what would happen if another male ever put his hands on you.”
“You don’t seem all that interested in my body. What would you care if I gave it to someone else?”
Jenner is a protective sort, and goes all cray cray when his woman is missing, “The eff I will! Where did you take her you?” Jenner shouted to the cowardly eff who was no doubt hiding from him. “Where is Bria?” Ronan took a step toward him, hands outstretched. “Don’t,” Jenner growled. “Don’t come near me. I’m so far out of effing control, I don’t know what I’ll do.” I really liked this book and I can't wait for the next one.

Moxie Girl by Jemma Bell
Riven can be slow at times, “what are you talking about?” He asks confused at the question. “Wear what? In case you missed it, I’m completely naked here Layla.” I really loves this book, it was entertaining, funny and Riven and Layla balanced each other perfectly.
Broken but Breathing by Shyla Colt
Xavier aka Snake can be real sweet on his woman, “then you came along with good news and this ***. How’s a man supposed to get any shut eye?” I know this review will be short which is unlike me, but I really got caught up in the book I loved it. The supporting characters were great, some old friends and others were new I loved Snake he could be scary but he was seriously sweet on his woman.
Good Girl by Lauren Layne
I liked when men can admit to being wrong, or in Noah's case a total ***, "Jenny’s tears are different. They’re real. I know they’re real. And they make me want to punch something. Mainly myself." Noah you grow to love him and his caveman/rude tactics, "he sighs and points a warning finger at the dogs. “You and you . . . very thin ice. How am I supposed to hump your mother?” I really liked this book I fell in love with the characters hoping Finn and Vaughn get some books.
A Scandalous Proposal by Kasey Michaels
I loved Dany she was a spitfire, and you never knew what her next action or the words out of her mouth would be, “I wouldn’t know where to begin,”she told him, and left him where he stood, returning to the bench to retrieve her gloves as he followed her. “Oh, wait, I suppose I do.”And with that, she went up on her tippy-toes and employed those gloves to slap his face. “That’s for bringing me here under false pretenses.” I really liked this book I loved Coop that man had patience.
