Evan sometimes has to pacify his woman, “just . . . it’ll be okay. We’ll talk about it later. When you will promise me to never leave your front door unlocked again. I’ll be there soon. Everything’s going to be all right.” Evan sometimes wonders the way of the world, “there will be a tomorrow for us. And the tomorrow after that. Unless you have Black Friday plans. Which I never really understood. Celebrating and being grateful for everything you have and then literally one day later trampling other people to get the best sales.” I liked this book, I loved Evan.
