There are times Beth can't calm her man down, “punctuality is overrated.” Alex grabbed two fistfuls of Roscoe’s jacket, hoisted him off the ground, and shook him until his eyes were practically popping out of his head. “Apologize to the lady,” he ordered. “And I might not kill you.” There are times Beth can really stun Alex, “good. Because I’d like you to take me to your bed …right now.” Alex gaped at her, apparently at a loss for words. Beth kissed the spot just beneath his ear. “Unless you’ve changed your mind…” I loved this book, I am seriously in love with Alex.
