I liked Penny the girl was a real ballbuster, “do not ever call me that again.” She emphasized each word with a jab of her finger to his chest. “Penny? Sweetheart? Hot stuff? I’m good with those. Penelope? Oh, hell no.” George is seriously a sweetheart, “I know. I wanted to surprise you. A grand gesture—” He bowed his head, touching his forehead to hers. “I am so sorry. I’d rather cut out my own heart than hurt you.” I liked this book Penny was the wild card and George was kind of the boring card but they were made for each other.
