Connor he's a good man when his woman hits him on accident he just rolls it off, "he cast her an elusive smile, amused she would think striking him had made any impact, and shook his head. "No. You gave me a love pat." He's a possessive man that will protect what's his, and Kat is his, "he can't have yo." His eyes were dark with desire, his words determined. "If he's a shifter, he can't have you." I enjoyed this book Connor and Kat were perfect for each other, I loved the naughty times with these two, it was quite animalistic (*winks*).
