Presley and Mason make the perfect couple too bad it took them going through crap relationships to figure it out I loved them together, Presley isn't a push over but it's fun to see Mason put the charm on her when the boy wants something:
She snorted. "First, you're a grown man. You can cook. Second, you could have ordered in if you're really that hungry."
"I wanted home-cooked food, and you're a better cook than me anyway. Please?"
Mason he let's her on to his dark secret, "I've always been a caveman, babe. You've just been missing it." Presley seems to sometimes have a hearing problem when it comes to what Mason says:
"Sounds good to me. You want the lo mein or d*** first?"
She blinked. "Uh, what?"
"Lo mein or duck first?" Had he said d***? Or duck? What the hell was with her brain?"
I enjoyed this book, it reminded me that no matter how many bad apples you get there's always a good one in the bunch.
