Pike our sexy man-wolf is back, and he's hotter than ever, "he even used his Alpha voice when he informed me, 'we will not be going anywhere until you and I are completely bound.' Which, in case you don't know, in Alpha shifter speak means not only does he plan on marking me with his bite; he also plans on putting his ring on my finger making me his wife." I loved the playful side of Pike when him and Bloom are together it's just joy and happiness, "scooping her up, I throw her over my shoulder, and swatt her butt." Tucker and Bonnie to me those two were the highlight of the book the entertainment, "keep trying to fight this all you want. I won't be going anywhere. But no other male is allowed to put his hands on you. I see that again and their life will be forfeited. Do you understand me?" Tucker's voice dropped into a low growl." I wish they had gotten their own novella instead of it being entwined with Bloom and Pike's sometimes it's really difficult to read other point of views that aren't the main couples, surprisingly this wasn't the case with this book as the stories twined together, but a novella I would have loved.
