Maddox doesn't take no for answer and when he finally gets fed up for trying to explain his reasonings the boy gets mean, "Maddox charges towards him, causing the doctor to take a few steps back. "Because I don't trust any effer, and that girl on the bed, she's my effin' girl. Now, I'll be puttin' two of my guys on, and you'll effin' like it." He can be so tender and sweet when his girl is involved, "you hurtin'?" he croaks, his voice husky. I shake my head, even though I am a little sore. "You're a bad liar," he murmurs, pulling the condom off and tying it , before throwing it in a nearby trash can. "Come on, lets get you cleaned up." OH I loved the sass Santana brings to the book especially in a certain scene, "listen to me, love. There's no way in hell you're going in the shower with my very gorgeous, very naked man. You're going to have to tell me what to do, because I promise you there'll be some serious crash tackling if you even try to get his clothes off." As usual I loved this book and I'm so looking forward to Mack's story.
